A law firm in Kent are looking for a locum solicitor with extensive consumer litigation experience to join them for an initial period of 6 months. You will be managing case files of bulk litigation university student debts. The work involves the supervision of paralegals but to also undertake independent work such as relief from sanctions applications. There is also some project work initially such as file reviews and updating actions on files.
 
This is a full-time role and hybrid working of 3 days at the firm's offices in Maidstone and 2 days remote is available. The initial contract is likely to be for 6 months - however, the firm are ideally looking for someone potentially interested in going permanent after the initial period.
