A law firm in Surrey are looking for an experienced Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team on a full-time basis and deal with a mixture of Road Traffic Accident, Employers Liability, Occupiers Liability, Public Liability and other matters.
 
You will be working within a team that have a busy caseload of Personal Injury Claims. These claims will consist of fast-track and multi-track claims and will consist of all aspects of the case from the pre-action stage up until disposal of the matter at trial.
 
Key Responsibilities:
 
·Managing a caseload of Personal Injury claims.
·Use a process of analysis, planning, scheduling, prioritising, action, quality, monitoring, and review.
·Giving early warning to those affected by changing priorities.
·Have up-to-the-minute case files readily available.
·Capable of formulating robust litigation strategies and ensuring compliance with established strategies in group work.
· 
Required skills and experience:
 
·Qualified Solicitor or Barrister
· Strong personal injury litigation experience is essential
·Good drafting and written skills are essential
·The ability to meet time and billing targets is essential
·Experience in managing a busy caseload is essential
·2 years post-qualifying experience is desirable
·Experience in personal injury claimant work is desirable
 
What is on offer:
 
·£50,000 - £80,000 pa salary dependant on experience and PQE
·Contract Length - 1 year
