A Central London firm is looking for a corporate commercial solicitor to work at their office located a 2 minute walk from Liverpool Street Underground Station.  The firm is happy to offer hybrid working for all of their staff.
 
The role is full-time, permanent and would suit a candidate with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial work.  Caseload to include:
 
Corporate
 
"         Buying and selling companies
 
"         Company formation and company secretarial services
 
"         Corporate governance and directors' duties
 
"         Insolvency issues and wrongful trading
 
"         Management buy-outs (or buy-ins)
 
"         Options (including executive management incentive agreements or schemes)
 
"         Purchase by a company of its own shares
 
"         Reduction of capital
 
"         Reorganisations and demergers
 
"         Shareholder agreements and articles of association
 
"         Shareholder disputes and unfair prejudice
 
"         Subscription agreements and investment agreements
 
Commercial
 
"         Agency agreements
 
"         Competition law
 
"         Data Protection Act registration and compliance
 
"         Distribution agreements
 
"         Intellectual property, trademark assignment and licensing; advising on copyright
 
"         Limitation of liability
 
"         Retention of title (Romalpa)

Salary Levels will be negotiable depending on experience but should be very competitive.
