A niche corporate and commercial law firm is looking for a lawyer to work at their office located near to Liverpool Street station in Central London. The firm is happy to offer hybrid working for this role.
 
The firm is looking for a solicitor with a minimum 7 years' PQE to join them - they act for a number of large multi-national companies, particularly in the Far East and including 50 of the Fortune Global 500 corporations They look after UK operations for these companies. Caseload will include:
 
·Data protection generally and, in particular, data flows to and from the UK
·Intellectual property
·IT
·E-commerce
·Sale of goods and services, including cross border
·Consumer law
·Product liability
·Outsourcing
·Agency and distribution
 
The role will be full-time, permanent and salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
