A well-established West Midlands firm with offices around the region is looking for a solicitor to work in their commercial property department. The firm is happy to offer hybrid working but applicants should ideally be based close enough to attend either their Telford or Wolverhampton office on at least one day per week but the firm have said they may consider fully remote working. The firm is looking for someone to manage a broad ranging commercial property caseload (mainly lease renewals and commercial property sales). Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in comm prop work. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels negotiable depending on experience but likely to around the 60k level.
