A well established Central London law firm is looking for a Landlord & Tenant solicitor at their office located a 2 minute walk from Mansion House Underground Station. Applicants should have experience of Short Term Assured Tenancy disputes, eviction, unlawful eviction, possession, rent arrears, disrepair, deposit protection and to have experience working on behalf of both landlord and tenants in residential property. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels will be around the 50k mark plus an achievable monthly bonus.
