Forward thinking and modern law firm based in the stunning county of Somerset are looking for a Dispute Resolution Fee Earner / Paralegal to specialise in dealing with Contentious Probate. This is a permanent full-time role with the opportunity for hybrid working for the right candidate. The firm are expanding and are looking for top-tier, talented individuals who can bring something special to the firm.
 
Role Involves:
·Opening files in accordance with the firms procedures
·Attending client meetings and taking notes
·Liaising with clients, fee earners and relevant parties to keep all parties updated
·Preparation of documents and applications under supervision
·Undertaking legal research as requires
·Preparation of Court bundles
·Assistance at Court hearings
·Keeping of accurate records
·Support of other fee earners and ad hoc duties as arise such as file closing
·General admin such as photocopying, scanning, filing and data entry
 
Required skills:
·Solid knowledge of the litigation process from start to finish
·At least 12 months experience working in a litigation department
·Experience working in dispute resolution
·Experience in contentious probate
·Excellent communication skills
·Demonstrable team working skills
·Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
