Ambitious and forward thinking law firm based in beautiful Somerset are looking for an experienced Family Law Fee Earner. This is a permanent full-time role with the opportunity for hybrid working for the right candidate. The firm are expanding and are looking for ambitious individuals who can bring something special to the firm. You will be dealing with a wide range of family/matrimonial and therefore must have a solid experience and a willingness to drive forward the future of the department.
 
Role Involves:
·Handling your own family/matrimonial caseload
·Deal with a wide range of matters including: separation, divorce, civil partnerships, children's matters and financial remedy
·Providing guidance and support to junior members of the family law department
·Conduct regular client meetings and regularly liaise with clients to keep them updated
·Participate in the marketing and development of the department
·Upload the ethics and cultural ethos of the firm
 
Required skills:
·Ideally at least 2 to 4 years family law experience
·Excellent communication and client care skills with the ability to deal empathetically with clients
·Proven team-working and collaborative skills
·Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
