A well-established West Midlands firm with offices around the region is looking for a solicitor to work in their commercial property department. The firm is happy to offer hybrid working but applicants must be based close enough to attend their office in Telford on 3 days per week. The firm is looking for someone to manage a mixed and broad ranging commercial property caseload (mainly lease renewals and commercial property sales) and help to develop the department. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years' PQE in comm prop work. The role will be full-time, permanent and salary levels negotiable depending on experience but likely to around the 60k level.
