A London-based technology company are looking for a corporate locum to assist on an hoc basis starting as soon as you are able. You will need previous technology firm experience for this one and the main tasks will include drafting legal agreements, company structuring, M&A and property transactions. This is likely to average a couple of days' work total a month but with the scope to scale up and down as the workload dictates.
 
This is a predominantly remote working role with some London attendance for meetings as and when required.
